ACD 706 Table

The faculty member or academic professional notifies the department chair or director immediately of jury duty or material witness service and periodically thereafter, if prolonged service is required.

The department chair or director grants leave with pay for jury duty or nonpersonal material witness service.

When required by this policy, the department chair or director reports the personal material witness service leave by submitting a docking transaction on the Attendance/Absence Report.
