ACD 702–02 Table 2

The faculty and academic professional on fiscal year appointment notifies supervisor on the first day of a personal illness or injury; illness or communicable disease within the immediate family; or pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, and periodically thereafter.

The department chair or supervisor indicates the duration of the personís sick leave on the Absence or Attendance Report.
