ACD 605: Credit Union Payroll Deduction

Purpose

To provide payroll deductions for faculty members and academic professionals who are members of the Arizona State Credit Union

Arizona Revised Statutes § 38–612

Applicability

Faculty members and academic professionals who are employed to work 20 hours per week (50 percent FTE) or more for a continuous period of six or more months

Policy

An eligible faculty member or academic professional may request a salary deduction for participation with the Arizona State Savings and Credit Union.

Procedure

A faculty member or academic professional should contact the Arizona State Credit Union and complete the payroll deduction form.
