In addition to making changes to your account profile, you can view the details of your account privileges.
Click on the ACRES Users Directory link under FEATURES from the main menu.
A new window displays.
Type the name in the Summary: field (the asterisk [*] is a wild card). Or, you can select all people associated with a specific Department:. You can also narrow the search further by selecting a specific Group:. Click the Query button.
A new screen refreshes with the search matches.
You can sort the information by clicking on the boxes next to the header field. For example, clicking on the box next to Name sorts the records alphabetically (by first name). Clicking on the box again sorts the records in reverse order.
Note that a View Group List or View Dept List link will appear if too many groups or departments are associated with a user account to display in this screen. Click on the link to view the details.
Note also that the asterisk after the group indicates Reviewer Leader status; this person can approve courses out of that group level for all departments associated with his or her account.
