Submitting ACRES Requests

You can save your form at any time. If you have not completed all mandatory fields (those fields with a red asterisk), when you hit the “Save Changes” button, you will get a new screen and see a message that your form is saved, but you have to fill in all mandatory fields:

Your form has been saved! You may return to your work at any time.
However, fields with a * on this form are mandatory.
You must complete these fields before the Final Submit.

You will still be in edit mode for the request. Carefully scan each field with the red asterisk. Make sure each of these mandatory fields is completed.

After all mandatory fields are filled in and you hit the “Save Changes” button, you will see a new screen and see the following message, as well as the Final Submit button.

NOTE: Once you do the Final Submit, your form will no longer be editable.

At either stage, whether the form is saved and still needs to be completed, or the form is saved and completed (but not yet submitted), you can click on the Home link in the upper righthand corner of the screen to exit your form. You can return to your form at any time.

If you want others to review and comment on your request, you can contact them to log in to ACRES and retrieve your form. Or, you can download your request and e-mail it to them for their review and comment.

Once you hit the Final Submit button, you can no longer edit your form, unless it is returned to you with “Needs Revisions” by a Reviewer Leader in a later review group.
