Retrieving ACRES Requests

You can query any form in the system.

Click on the Query Forms link under FEATURES from the main menu.

A new window displays.

If you are the originator of the form, you can simply hit the Query button. The screen refreshes with all courses you originated, displaying the status of each. If you did not originate the request, change the My Forms Only to All Forms.

You can narrow your search by typing a specific course in the Summary: field (the asterisk [*] is a wild card), or by selecting all courses within a Department.

You can sort the information by clicking on the boxes next to the header field. For example, clicking on the box next to Summary sorts the records alphabetically. Clicking on the box again sorts the records in reverse order. I would recommend clicking on the box next to Submitted to sort records chronologically, and click again to bring the oldest records to the front of the list.

You can also click on the By Review Group link in the upper right-hand portion of your screen.

A new window displays.

You can click on any of the review levels to find all forms at that level, or click on the Form Subquery link beside any review level to narrow your search (e.g., to New Course Curriculum Form).

After a list of courses displays, select the View link next to the course you want to continue working on.
